Girls, 3 and 5, critical after fall from 4th floor window

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Police in Allentown, Pennsylvania say two young girls are in critical condition after falling out a 4th floor window.

Allentown Police Capt. Gail Struss tells WCAU-TV (http://bit.ly/1RRuoXj ) that the 3-year-old and 5-year-old fell from the apartment building on the 700 block of Turner Street around 7:50 p.m. Friday.

The children were taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest where Struss says they are in critical condition.

Exactly how the girls fell from the window is under investigation.
