Candlelight vigil sheds light on domestic violence

EAST LANSING, Mich (WLNS) – A candlelight vigil at the Broad Museum on the campus of Michigan State University focused attention on a very serious issue.

It was organized to remember the victims and survivors of domestic abuse in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness month.

Several local groups are working together to end domestic violence, including the Capital Area Response Effort, Safe Place MSU and the Lansing Police Department.
