So, what do you do when employees quit but stay? Disengaged employees aren’t just slow workers but their attitude affects everything that makes a business successful. Companies with happy engaged employees have a higher revenue per employee and a higher total return to shareholders. Engaged employees stay for that they give and disengaged employees stay for what they get.
