Skubick: Part-time legislature plan heats up

LANSING. Mich (WLNS) – The debate over a part-time legislature is heating up and joining the conversation is Lt. Governor Brian Calley.

Lt. Governor Brian Calley thinks state lawmakers should be in town for about 90 days and then get out of town for the rest of the year.
