UPDATE (11:37 p.m.) – Meridian Township Police are telling 6 News that the body of Ross Baldwin has been located and no foul play is suspected.
Baldwin was a teacher at Lansing Catholic High School.
His wife, Rachel Freeman-Baldwin, is a teacher at Okemos High School. The high school principal, Christine Sermak released a statement on her behalf.
It reads: “I am so touched by all the students who were looking for Ross today as well as the out-pouring of community support. I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time and i ask that prayers continue for our family.”
Grief counselors will be on hand Thursday at both LCHS and Okemos high schools.
UPDATE (6:14p.m.) – Ross Baldwin has been located.
LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – The Meridian Township Police are trying to locate a man named Ross Baldwin. He is believed to be in the Lansing area driving a Chevrolet Malibu. Ross may be suicidal and they are attempting to locate him so that they can get him some help.
