Michigan Wolverines lose quarterback for season

ANN ARBOR, Mich (WLNS) – Not only did the Michigan Wolverines lose to the Iowa Hawkeyes Saturday, they also lost their starting quarterback.

Wilton Speight, according to multiple reports, has a broken collarbone and will miss the remainder of the season for the University of Michigan.

The injury has been confirmed through multiple sources but Wolverine head football coach Jim Harbaugh has not gone on the record confirming the injury.

6 Sports Director Fred Heumann’s sources have confirmed the report and Fred will have details tonight on 6 News at 6.
