CATA to help voters with free rides on election day

LANSING, Mich. – The Capital Area Transportation Authority is making sure voters can make their way to the polls Tuesday by offering free rides on Election Day.

Voters interested in taking advantage of the free ride will need to present a valid voter registration card upon boarding.

Anyone requiring Spec Tran, Redi-Ride, or Rural Services must scheduel those services before 5 o’clock Monday evening.
