Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton plans to be in Michigan this week to help drive voter turnout.

A campaign official tells 6 News she’ll be in Detroit as part of a “get out the vote” drive. She’ll also talk about the economy.

She’s trying to win Michigan’s 16 electoral votes.

The Clinton visit follows two stops by Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in Michigan. He stopped in Grand Rapids and Warren on Monday.

Recent polls show Clinton with a single digit lead in Michigan.
