EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) – CATA will be hosting three presentations this week that will focus on the controversial Bus Rapid Transit project.
CATA officials will present information on various project modifications that are currently being considered based on recent public feedback.
The hour long presentations are expected to touch on a number of things such as the pros, cons, and impacts of each option, discussion on any further analysis that may be required, and a brief question-and-answer session.
The project is about 30 percent done. These presentations will represent the work in progress, not the finalized plans.
The meeting tonight (Monday, Oct. 3, 2016) goes from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Hannah Community Center in East Lansing. It’ll take place in the Executive Conference room on the 2nd floor. That’s located at 819 Abbot Rd.
On Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016 there will be a meeting from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Allen Neighborhood Center in Lansing. That’s located at 1611 E. Kalamazoo St.
On Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 there will be a meeting from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Okemos Masonic Center. That’s located at 2175 Hamilton Rd. in Okemos.
