UPDATE: Lansing Police investigating hit and run

UPDATE (12:44 p.m.): Police say the victim in Thursday night’s hit and run is a 24-year-old Lansing man. They also say he ran into the road when he was hit by the car.

Police believe the car is a dark colored Pontiac Grand Prix or Grand Am. It will have front end damage.

LANSING, Mich (WLNS) – Lansing Police are investigating a hit and run accident on the city’s south side.

Officers were called to the 1300 block of South Washington near Roosevelt just before 10:00 p.m. tonight.

Investigators tell 6 News that the adult male victim is being treated at a local hospital for what they call “significant injuries”.

There are no more details being released at this time.
