Gas prices keep dropping in mid-Michigan

LANSING, Mich (WLNS) – You’re seeing some relief at the gas pump this week in mid-Michigan.

Prices continued to fall this past week in the Capital area.

AAA is reporting that the national average is now $2.16 for a gallon of unleaded gas and we’re starting to reach those levels in mid-Michigan.

That price is about 41 cents less than it was at this same time last year.

In the Lansing and Wast Lansing area most drivers are paying $2.18 to fill their tanks.

In Jackson a gallon of unleaded is holding steady at $2.25.
