Trio charged in credit union robbery, manhunt

EATON CO., Mich (WLNS) – The Eaton County Prosecutor has charged three people in connection with the robbery of the Case Credit Union in Delta Township Thursday afternoon.

The three (pictured left to right) are Fred Lewis, Chrishon Milton and Patrick Patterson, all from the Detroit area.

They are charged with the robbery that happened just after 3:30 p.m. and then leading police on a car chase on eastbound I-96 that continued until their car crashed near US-127.

The pursuit then continued on foot, eventually involving fourteen different law enforcement agencies with a helicopter and K-9 units.

The trio was captured just after 8:30 p.m. in that same area.
