Terrorism charges dropped, Livingston County man’s case dismissed

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) – Over in Livingston County a 21-year-old man has been found incompetent to face the terrorism charges filed against him and his case has been dismissed.

21-year-old Scott Parker was charged with four counts of making terrorist threats stemming from posts police say he made on Twitter in December.

According to our media partners at WHMI he mentioned four Howell area schools and mentioned killing kids.

The man’s mother says he has physical and mental disabilities.
