Four sentenced to prison for Clinton County murder

ST. JOHNS, Mich (WLNS) – We have an update today on a story we’ve been following for you since it happened back in August of 2015.

Four people have been sentenced to decades in prison in connection with the murder of 61-year old Jeffrey Kebler of Eagle Township.

The first to hear his fate was Mitchell Ballenger who was sentenced to 35 to 60 years for murder and another 10 to 20 years for home invasion.

Dominique Harris could spend up to 80 years in prison for his role in the murder.

A third man, Manual Martinez, will spend at least the next 30 years in prison for murder and 8 to 10 for home invasion.

Finally, Alexis Pena was sentenced to at least 20 years in prison for second degree murder.

According to police last August those four people got into Kebler’s home and stabbed him to death.

They stole cash, electronics and jewelry.
