UPDATE: Man charged with carjacking after series of thefts

UPDATE: Mark Coleman has been charged with carjacking in Shiawassee County. He now also will face two felony charges in Ingham County. Those charges car theft and resisting arrest.

EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) – Officials have released the identity of the man they say pulled off a series of carjacking that ended in East Lansing.

Mark Coleman faces one count of carjacking after being arrested Friday morning outside of a Domino’s Pizza in East Lansing.

Officials say Coleman stole a car in Midland and then drove to Perry, where he stole a car with a woman inside. Then they say he let her go and drove to a Domino’s Pizza in East Lansing.

That’s where police say Coleman tried to steal a delivery driver’s car, but got blocked in.

He could face charges in other counties as well.
