Man accused of robbing person in Meijer parking lot arraigned

EATON COUNTY, MI (WLNS) – Eaton County sheriff’s officials say the search for a man wanted in an armed robbery in a Meijer parking lot is over.

Officials say 21-year-old Zachary Burns walked up to someone in a Meijer parking lot, pointed a gun and demanded cash.

The robbery happened around 9 p.m. on March 18 in the 5100 block of W. Saginaw Highway.

Burns has been arraigned. His bond is set at $1 million.

Officials say the armed man took cash from the victim.
