Crime Stoppers: 2 Requests for Assistance

LANSING, MI (WLNS) – Local police are looking for tips on two separate shootings in Lansing.

The first happened around 1 a.m. Sunday, March 3 at Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge on Lansing’s south side.

Multiple police were called to the night club on a shots fired call.

When police arrived on scene they discovered three men had been shot. The shooting has since forced the club to close.

Lansing Police are asking for your help to help them identify who the shooter or shooters may be.

The second shooting about a week after that has Lansing Police searching for a man in his mid-20’s (see sketch).

He is accused of shooting a person around 8:40 p.m. March 10 in the 800 block of Cawood Street.

Officials describe the man as having light skin and average weight and height.

They say he had long dread-locks with a small facial tattoo under his left eye.

Lansing Police say if you have any information on who this shooter or shooters may be, call Crime Stoppers at 517-483-STOP.
