LANSING, Mich (WLNS) – It could be the month of May before former Michigan lawmakers Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat are due back in court again.
That was the focus of a court hearing they both attended this morning.
6 News was in the courtroom, as well, for that preliminary exam in which their attorneys started laying-out plans for future hearings.
Both Courser and Gamrat were charged in February, months after the exposure of their extra-marital affair.
Gamrat faces two felony charges of misconduct in office.
Courser is charged with four felonies; one count of perjury and three counts of misconduct in office.
