East Lansing Police investigating sexual complaints involving rideshare service

EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) – East Lansing Police are investigating two reports of rideshare drivers making unwanted sexual advances toward Michigan State university students.

In both cases the women reported being picked up by a driver in the same area of downtown East Lansing.

Police say their investigations show the cases are similar.

Officials say you should be careful about getting any rides from strangers.
