More than 31,600 people without power in Lansing area as strong winds roll through

LANSING, MI (WLNS) – The Lansing Board of Water and Light’s outage map shows shows 372 people without power as of 10:52 p.m. That number is down from 1,801 people at 7:57 p.m., 539 at 7 p.m. and 505 at 6:09 p.m. Earlier in the evening power outage numbers were lower, at 225 customers at 6:33 p.m. and 191 customers at 5:07 p.m. Consumers Energy has about 31,661 customers without power.
