FLINT, MI (WLNS) – A hospital in Flint is dealing with a cyber-attack that some officials believe could be linked to the water crisis.
According to our media partners at MLive the Hurley Medical Center detected a virus or cyber-attack on Thursday.
That comes just one day after an online hacker group threatened action against those responsible for the crisis.
A study by a doctor at the medical center was one of the first alerts raised about the lead levels in Flint’s water.
So far officials have not been able to confirm that the attack is linked to the hacker group.
