Kellogg Dental is buying back candy to send to troops overseas

(WLNS)- In Howell, MI one dental office is encouraging kids to bring in left over candy from Halloween, to send to Military overseas.

Kellogg Dental is paying kids one dollar per pound of candy they bring in, which they package up with letters and pictures from the kids to send to Men and Women in service.

This is the sixth year the Kellogg has held the candy buy-back as a part of Operation Gratitude, and last year they brought in over 300 pounds of candy.

The office is accepting candy through the end of this week, ending on Friday, November 7.

There is no limit to how much candy they people can bring in.
