It happened around 11:52 a.m. Monday in the 3300 block of S. Washington.

The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated with non-life threatening injuries.

Shortly after, Lansing Police arrested Angela Dawn Carter.

Carter is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, which is a felony.

Her bond is set at $7,500 (10 percent). Carter’s pre-exam conference and preliminary hearing are scheduled for November.
