UAW workers to vote on revised labor contract

(WLNS) – About 40,000 UAW workers will vote again on a new on a revised labor contract this week.

According to our media partners at MLive union workers will vote on a four-year Fiat-Chrysler labor deal.

Last month 65 percent of workers voted against the first contract the automaker offered, saying it did not do enough to bridge wage gaps.

If workers vote in favor of the new deal it could serve as a template for future GM and Ford contracts.
