Pedestrian hit by car in East Lansing

EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – East Lansing Police officials are still investigating what led to a vehicle-pedestrian accident Sunday night.

Just after 10 p.m. police were called to the intersection of Harrison Avenue and West Saginaw Street and when they got to the scene they found a man had been hit by a car.

Officials say a man was rushed to the hospital following the accident but wouldn’t confirm his current condition.

Police say the man just walked in the middle of the street and didn’t find any foul play on the driver’s part.
