DETROIT, Mich. (WLNS) – Vice President Joe Biden has been leaving people wondering if he will run or not.

Regardless of his decision, Biden will be making his way to Detroit Thursday to discuss the city’s public transit.

The Vice President will be at the Detroit Department of Transportation’s headquarters at 3:00 p.m. to deliver his remarks.

Earlier this month President Obama alongside Second Lady Jill Biden visited Michigan to discuss making college more affordable.
