Officials say Clinton Co. man was stabbed to death

CLINTON COUNTY, MI (WLNS) – Clinton County Undersheriff Larry Jerue says a 62-year-old man was stabbed to death.

Jeffrey Kebler was found dead in his home by his brother around 10 a.m. Thursday, August 6. The home is located in the 13000 block of State Road, northwest of Grand Ledge.

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office believes the motive was robbery. Officials say there was a home invasion and multiple items were stolen from the home.

The sheriff’s office is still looking for a suspect at this time. They say the home invasion and stabbing happened sometime between 9 p.m. on August 5 and 9:30 a.m. on August 6.
