The Michigan State Spartan softball coaches have been cleared of all allegations of intentionally trying to injure a former player. The final report is now in. 6 Sports learning that the MSU investigation has concluded and all parties received an email Monday indicating that head softball coach Jacquie Joseph and her assistant Jessica Bograkos have been exonerated of all allegations levied against them this past spring.
The investigation reveals there is absolutely no evidence to indicate that Joseph and/or Bograkos conspired to have former MSU outfielder Allyssa McBride hit with a pitch or pitches intentionally during batting practice before a game this past spring.
The police investigation also cleared both coaches of any wrongdoing back in June. A front page story in the Detroit News gave this story a lot of legs for several weeks but now Michigan State’s investigation has concluded with no wrongdoing by either coach.
