(WLNS) — Circuit training is all about raising the heart rate, and getting the most out of your workout in the shortest amount of time.
WLNS reporter Alexis Rosado joined 6 News This Morning reporter Mariah Harrison at the Spartan Dance Fit Center in East Lansing this morning to demonstrate circuit training.
The first focuses on cardio, and heart rate.
10 x Jump Squats
10 x Push Up + Shoulder Taps
10 x Plank + Toe Taps
The second is all about the core.
10 x Hip Dips
10 x Lemon Squeezers
10 x Scissors
Do both circuits at least 3 times through with minimal rest periods.
