(WLNS) – After late night negotiations, many officials say a deal to curb Iran’s nuclear program will be announced as early as today.
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has been working for years to put together the details of the plan.
As simple as possible, the deal would call for Iran to stop any pursuits of a nuclear weapons program. In return, the U.S. will lift economic sanctions.
Whether the deal goes through or not republican lawmakers are expected to voice their disapproval saying the deal requires the U.S. to make too many concessions.
