Police searching for person who fired shot into Lansing Fish Market

LANSING, MI (WLNS) – Police are searching for the person who fired a gun out of a car on the south side of town, sending a bullet flying into the side of the Lansing Fish Market.

It happened around 8 p.m. in the 800 block of Edgewood Boulevard.

Police say two people who may have known each other got into a fight.

That’s when a gun was fired from a white or silver sedan that was traveling west.

Nobody was hurt and both cars took off after the shot was fired.

Police have recovered a shell casing and are continuing to investigate.
