(WLNS) – Golfers hit the links Wednesday to play the game and help the community at the same time.
The annual Jack Breslin Golf Classic was held Wednesday at both Eagle Eye Golf Club and Hawk Hollow Golf Course.
Proceeds from the Jack Breslin Golf Classic will make an immediate impact on Greater Lansing through the funding of advanced technology and equipment, medical education for caregivers, innovative research and more.
Support also comes from the sponsors of Wednesday’s event and the McLaren Greater Lansing Healthcare Foundation which supports the hospital and its vision to improve the health and well-being of the local community by offering accessible, affordable and high-quality care.
The 2015 Jack Breslin Golf Classic raised more than $200,000 for McLaren’s Community Outreach program, continuing the charitable legacy of Jack Breslin, who was also known as Mr. MSU.
