UPDATE: Two of the four suspects, Tyrone Husband and Joseph Seay, have been arraigned on nine counts each. The other two suspects are scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
CLINTON COUNTY, MI (WLNS) – Twenty months after a Clinton County man was shot to death four suspects have been arrested.
Two of the four are being arraigned this afternoon in Clinton County District Court. The remaining two will be arraigned Wednesday. All four face nine counts, including felony murder, assault with intent to murder and firearms charges.
According to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office Jauwan Butler was shot to death on September 18, 2013. He was killed at a house on Taft Road in Bingham Township. Since that time investigators have interviewed dozens of people and analyzed DNA evidence from the scene. As a result arrest warrants were issued for the four suspects.
The investigation included agents from the local Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives office and with the Lansing Police Department Special Operations Division.
