(WLNS) — 6 This Morning reporter Mariah Harrison had a tough assignment. She was tasked with previewing food pairings with Michigan International Speedway Chef Carl VanWagner for the Michigan Beer and Wine Fest.
Chef VanWagner will serve 60 plates of Bison Meatloaf over roasted shallot whipped potatoes, topped with carmelized onion and ale gravy, and carrot chips.
MIS President Roger Curtis invites people down to camp and stay the night over the weekend.
Curtis adds that several hotels in the Jackson area will run shuttle buses so visitors will have a safe way to get back to their hotels.
Tickets are available online, but there is a $5 upcharge if you buy them at the Festival.
