Red Cross Offers Scholarships To High School Students

(WLNS) – Getting a scholarship to pursue higher education just got a little easier.

Today, the Red Cross will roll out a new program for high school students who volunteer with their organization.

The program will be offered to schools in Michigan that have Red Cross blood drives during the year.

Scholarships can be given to students who help with the planning and the actual blood drive.

More information about the scholarship program will be made available later this morning.
