(WLNS) – What if you held a meeting to gather public input and the public didn’t show up?
According to our media partners at WHMI, that’s exactly what happened last night in Howell. The Howell School District is gathering public input as the search for a new superintendent continues. Last night was scheduled to be an opportunity for members of the public to voice their opinions. However, no members of the public showed up.
There is an online survey that has been made available and, according to a search consultant, there has been a strong response to that and that is indicative of a tech-savvy community.
Another public opinion meeting will be held at the Howell Board of Education chambers next Wednesday at 7pm.
