(WLNS) – Meet 16-year-old Kayla. She’s loves the outdoors, children and animals.
Kayla is a typical 16-year-old who enjoys her two favorite sports, soccer and swimming, but unlike most teens, she’s in foster care.
She has been in foster care for the past four years and she’s looking for someone to change her thoughts on prospective parents only wishing to adopt an infant.
Kayla is in 10th grade and says she’s doing well in school. She has high expectations for herself.
She loves children and would be happy with a family that includes a mother, father, a little brother and a sister. Kayla would enjoy babysitting, if given the opportunity.
If you’d like to give Kayla a forever home or know someone who can, call 800-589-MARE (6274) or visit www.mare.org.
