UPDATE: Search Continues For Suspect In Holt Bank Robbery

HOLT, MI (WLNS) – Police continue their search for a man after they say he robbed a bank in Holt Wednesday afternoon. Today they are releasing a picture of the man they say is the suspect.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of South Cedar Street at Dart Bank.

A man walked into the bank, slid a note to the teller and said “give me all your money.” The man said he had a gun, but no gun was seen.

Once the suspect got money, he left on foot. He went to Mill Pond Village, a mobile home park near Dart Bank. Officials believe the suspect left the area in a car.

Police are looking for a white man, 5’7″, thin build, thin mustache. He was last seen wearing a gray and black hooded jacket with a light colored stripe running across the upper chest area, dark over-sized sunglasses and dark colored gloves.

The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office is investigating at this time, along with the FBI.
