Mariah was live this morning from Flex-City Fitness in downtown Lansing where she’s getting advice from the pros. The ladies of Flex-City Fitness were so kind to let her invade their class this morning.
Co-owner Jenny Quinn shared some motivation tips with Mariah and also showed some exercises people can do in their own homes.
