(WLNS) – By now most everyone knows gas prices have been low enough to notice people are saving money.
The good news is they continue to remain low, dropping even lower from just a week ago.
Looking at the averages, Lansing is sitting at a steady $1.92 per gallon of unleaded. Michigan’s average is higher, at $1.96. The national average is even higher, at $2.23.
Looking back to a week ago, prices for Lansing’s average were above the $2 mark. Across the nation the average set at about 7 cents higher than Friday’s numbers.
