Skubick: Year In Review With Gov. Snyder And First Lady Sue Snyder

(WLNS) – Once a year Gov. Rick Snyder and First Lady Sue Snyder sit down with our Capitol correspondent to review the past year and look forward to the new one.
Tonight 6 News Capitol Correspondent Tim Skubick begins this exclusive 3-part series with an examination of how the Governor and his spouse feel about him running for president in 2016.
National news organizations have asked the governor about that but tonight Skubick peels back the onion to reveal their true feelings on that possibility.
You’ll learn that the First Lady has control of this issue and she is straight-forward about her feelings.
In part two, they discuss the past campaign and the First Lady confesses she was “heart-broken” when Democrats accused her husband of lying about cuts to education.
And in part three, the Governor discusses race relations in Michigan, the need for body cameras on police officers, and does he endorse the ban on assault weapon sales?
It’s a series of reports you will see only on 6 News and it begins tonight on 6 News at 6.

We welcome thoughts and comments from our viewers. We ask that everyone keep their remarks civil and respectful. Postings that contain profanity, racist, or potentially libelous remarks will be deleted. We will delete any commercial postings, as well.
