EAST LANSING, MI (WLNS) – Michigan State University has released its annual report on sexual misconduct.
It looks at how many sexual assault complaints were reported on campus and how the university handled each case between August of 2011 and August 2014.
According to the report the university received 174 reports of sexual misconduct involving students.
In total MSU investigated 46 of those cases.
The report gives several reasons why the other cases were not investigated including the university not having jurisdiction to the case or the person making the claim not able to take part in the investigation.
