Crime Stoppers: 1 Attempt To ID, 2 Wanted For Felonies

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Crime Stoppers of mid-Michigan is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect wanted for robbery and to find two people wanted for felonies.

Robbery – On Monday, Nov. 17, officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of south Pennsylvania in Lansing.

A victim told police she was approaching a Fifth Third Bank ATM on foot when the suspect ran up from behind and snatched her bag off of her shoulder.

The suspect ran off afterwards. Pictures from the parking lot of Fifth Third Bank show the suspect is possibly a black man, wearing a red hoodie, with a silver jacket and dark jeans.

Robert Charles Rowan II has a felony warrant for obstruction offense out of Lansing. Harris is a white man, 34, 5’9″ and weighs 135 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Wardlie Mirka Walter has a felony warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle out of Lansing. Walter is a black woman, 28, 5’5″ and weighs 125 pounds. She has brown hair and black eyes.
