Spartans Drop In Polls & Dantonio Looks Back At Ducks

(WLNS) – It didn’t take long for the Associated Press to kick out its new rankings, which were released Sunday, following week 2 of the college football season.

Michigan State dropped 6 spots to number 13, in the AP poll, after its 46-to-27 loss to Oregon, and for the Ducks, they jumped up a spot to number 2.

Coach Dantonio says it was a great experience in Eugene and the Spartans will learn from the game. “The bottom line is that we regroup and you know we take the week, learn from it, learn from the experience, make sure that we have growth from this experience. Great environment to play in, great opportunity to play away. I guess this is the third team in the top 5 that we’ve played in the last 4 games, so learn from it, grow from it, and we’ll bounce back. There’s no question we’ll bounce back.”
