Crime Stoppers: 1 Attempt To Identify, 2 Wanted For Felonies

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Crime Stoppers of mid-Michigan is asking for the public’s help to identify one person and to find two people wanted for felonies.

Case 1 – On Sunday, May 25 around 3:30 a.m. officers responded to a larceny from a building complaint in the 1900 block of Michigan Ave. The person who called police said an unknown man walked into the store, grabbed a pop and headed towards the counter.
The man set the pop on the counter and walked outside. He then walked back inside the store and grabbed a donation jar, then walked out of the building.

The man was described as 50-years-old, 6 feet tall and 185 pounds. He was wearing a red button-up shirt and black pants. At the time of the larceny, the man was bald and had a mustache.
Video shows a person matching that description around the same time. Police would like to identify this individual (picture, red shirt) to determine whether he was involved in the crime.

Dennis Lee Artis has a felony warrant for burglary out of Lansing. Artis is a black man, 48, 6’2″ and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Joel Andrew Frost has a felony warrant for damage to property out of Lansing. Frost is a white man, 40, 5’8″ and weighs 190 pounds. He has blond hair and hazel eyes.
