Crime Stoppers: 2 Attempts To Identify

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – Crime Stoppers of mid-Michigan is asking for the public’s help to identify two suspects.

Case 1 –
On Tuesday, May 20 officers responded to the 500 block of S. Holmes in response to an overnight home invasion. Upon waking the victim went downstairs to find multiple items missing from the first floor. One of the missing items was the victim’s credit cards. The victim was contacted by his bank and advised that his card had been disabled after several purchases that were believed to be fraudulent. At lease of the purchases came from a local party store.
Video from the store captured a suspect making credit purchases. The suspect appeared to be a black man wearing a hat, about 30-40 years of age.

Case 2 –
On Friday, March 21 a suspect went into numerous area banks and successfully conducted fraudulent cash withdrawals using a false credit card.
